As a Field Account Executive at Lightspeed, you will be at the heart of our growth, helping restaurants transform their operations with innovative, tailored solutions. With a consultative approach, you’ll be identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and signing up restaurateurs in your local area. What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: From identifying and prospecting restaurants to closing deals. Experience with self-sourcing leads is a huge advantage!
- Conduct live demos and presentations to showcase how Lightspeed can enhance restaurant operations and help them grow.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet the expectations set during the sales process.
- Use Salesforce to track and manage all sales activities efficiently.
- Stay ahead of the competition by understanding the market landscape and positioning Lightspeed as the solution of choice.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in sales, ideally in the hospitality sector or related industries. If you have experience in restaurant operations, that’s a huge plus!
- Fluency in French is essential—this will be key for connecting with clients in your region.
- You’ll be on the move daily, engaging with clients and restaurants in your territory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A self-starter mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce (a plus, but not essential).
