About the Role:

This role involves managing the process of opening financial services for incoming foreign workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience during their arrival in the country .The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, dealing with B2B customers (employers)m managing workflows, maintaining high levels of service under pressure and giving technical support on the landing (troubleshooting).

You Will:

  • Supervise and support a team of employees responsible for assisting foreign workers with financial service openings.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with legal and organizational standards.
  • Monitor the workflow and performance of the team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Handle any technical issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cellular company, banks and other involving parties.
  • Manage logistic.-Maintain accurate records and reports to direct manager

You Have:

  • Ability to work under high-stress situations and manage a team on the
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including 12-hour workdays (and night shifts/Fridays mornings( sometimes) ).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem -solving ability and a coping ability to challenges
  • Field management capabilities, providing high-quality, patient, and fast service.

Nice to have:

  • experience in managing people - advantage
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role ( at list one year )
