This position is an OCONUS role that will require relocation to Saudi Arabia after initial training. All applicants must be open to relocation in efforts to be considered.

The National Security Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Field Operations Representative to provide contract engineering and technical support to operators of the General-purpose Electronic Test System (GETS-1000) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Field Representative will receive approximately six months of training in our Huntsville, Alabama office. This training will focus on operation and maintenance of the GETS-1000 and operation of Test Program Sets (TPSs). Following training the Field Representative will be assigned to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a minimum of one (1) year.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Field Operations Representative provides technical support to the customer on the operation and maintenance of GETS and TPSs; analyze and troubleshoot faults; collaborate with CONUS staff as necessary to assist with solutions to technical issues; track issues that occur with customer configuration; provide report of activities and status of open actions monthly. Daily operations may include:

Replace station instruments with spares to facilitate calibration cycle.

Assist in coordinating repair and return of instruments.

Install system software updates and TPS software revisions.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 6+ years relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Basic electrical / mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to establish and maintain networks (e.g. LAN, WAN, IP address schemes)
-
Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
-
Ability to apply fault detection / fault isolation procedures.

U.S citizenship
-
Able to obtain U.S. Passport within 4 months of hire

Must have an active Secret clearance at time of consideration

Able to meet the requirements for residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Experience with the THAAD or PATRIOT systems

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
