Job Description:

Provide critical operational support to the National Program Manager and Regional Managers, ensuring smooth and efficient program execution.

Generate and analyze ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for the sales team.

Optimize store routes for Field Sales Representatives to maximize efficiency and coverage, increasing sales performance.

Serve as the central operational point of contact, acting as the "glue" that holds the sales operations together.

Support the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures to enhance program effectiveness.

Maintain and organize operational data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for program management and reporting.

Assist in coordinating training and communication materials to support Field Sales Representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:

Optimizes Work Processes: Proven ability to optimize store routes for field sales representatives, demonstrating a focus on efficiency and maximizing coverage; experience in implementing and maintaining operational processes and procedures to enhance program effectiveness.

Plans and Aligns: Strong organizational skills to maintain and organize operational data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility; ability to assist in coordinating training and communication materials, aligning resources with sales team needs.

Manages Complexity: Experience providing day-to-day operational support to multiple managers, managing competing priorities, and ensuring smooth program execution; adept at generating and analyzing ad hoc reports and managing and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights.

Business Insight: Ability to generate and analyze ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for the sales team, demonstrating a strong understanding of business needs and the importance of supporting the sales team to further the company's business goals.

Thrives in Making Complex Decisions: Demonstrates the ability to optimize logistical issues, such as store routing, while considering multiple factors; effectively determines what data needs to be pulled for ad hoc reports, interprets the data, and makes informed decisions based on it.
