About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Australia-Marketing, you will be working across and developing a variety of regional activities, events and campaigns. You will support our Sales team to deliver locally relevant field initiatives that drive pipeline and impact and awareness of HiBob. Where required, this role will also work with and where required collaborate also with our Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing teams on initiatives as well the Global Events team for on the ground support at larger scale events. It's a fast paced role where you will work with multiple teams across multiple time zones and will thrive in the flexibility of a global team.
About you:

  • Experience in supporting and executing across a range of pipeline generating events, such as small-scale events, in person workshops, webinars/virtual events, seminars, hosted events, and roadshows.
  • Broad awareness of marketing tactics including digital and in person to drive results for your initiatives.
  • A self starter who loves to learn with a sense of intellectual curiosity
  • A confident, fast problem solver who can adapt to last minute changes and get the job done.
  • Organised is your middle name, your project and time management skills are second to none

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us .

  • Proven experience in executing events including a variety of pipeline-generating events, such as small-scale events, in-person workshops, webinars/virtual events, hosted events, and roadshows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage directly with internal stakeholders such as Sales and internal Marketing teams as well as prospects, customers or partners during events, workshops, and follow ups etc.
  • Strong project and time management skills to oversee event logistics, including vendor coordination, managing event collateral, shipping, and ensuring successful execution within tight timeframes and across different locations and time zones. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Regional Initiatives : Work with the Regional Marketing leaders to develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals while addressing the unique objectives of the region.
  • Campaign Execution : Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and partnerships, tailored to the region's needs. Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure coordination of list uploads and campaigns are set up correctly in Salesforce. Ensure project management tasks for all internal teams are created and managed appropriately
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing : Implement targeted lead generation strategies and work closely with regional sales teams to nurture prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Performance Analysis : Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in each region, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Budget Management : You're on top of the budget for each and every Field Marketing campaign.
  • Travel hand in hand with in person events, there will be a level of travel required for this role.
