As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Field Marketing Specialist, to join our Sales and Marketing team based in France. 

The role

The Field Marketing Specialist role will cover a wide range of creative tasks, with huge strategic impact within the local business. The role plays a pivotal role in supporting MotorK’s brand in France, collaborating with the broader Marketing department and liaising with the Sales team. In this role, the Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

  • Create high-quality content for marketing channels.
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to SEO optimization efforts.
  • Plan and execute national marketing events. 
  • Develop local marketing collateral (relevant for the French market). 
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Operations and Sales).
  • Supporting the local marketing team with translations, events organisations and content management for websites and social media. 
Requirements

Our ideal Field Marketing Specialist will have previous experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within the automotive industry, however other industries are also appreciated. 

As well as: 

  • Full autonomy using analytical platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Campaign Manager from LinkedIn. 
  • Content writing experience, translating HQ guidelines into local strategic content.
  • Outstanding communications skills and ability to work independently and proactively. 
  • French level and English fluency. 

Work pattern and location

  • Full time, Permanent role
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Hybrid 
  • Office based in Paris.
