An exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, dynamic, and creative marketing team. The Marketing Associate/Manager for Retail EMEA is responsible for the strategic B2B marketing plan development and execution for the different countries while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall GTM strategy and messaging.

The job requires regular communication with EMEA and corporate marketing team members, and good campaign and lead generation management skills.

Skills to drive events and campaigns for EMEA countries/regions are needed too.

The Marketing Associate/Manager will also be part of marketing projects at the EMEA and international level.

Responsible for regional (UK & Ireland, Nordics, DACH, South, MENA) strategic marketing plan development including budgeting and plan execution

Managing B2B marketing programs with a strong focus on lead generation: campaigns, events, customer marketing initiatives, Webinars, Executive engagement

Coordinating with business development, alliances, and sales teams in the different countries/territories

Lead, develop, and manage events (in person and/or online) to ensure delivery is professional, timely and cost-effective

Manage localization of campaigns in alignment with the Campaign Program Manager’s and Product Marketing

Liaising with sales teams to arrange customer references, press releases, customer speeches

Collaboration with Partners to develop co-marketing campaigns/events

Oversee localization of local websites

Managing marketing-related vendors

Marketing research and segmentation

ROI analysis for marketing activities and budget tracking
