About the Role

We're seeking a boots-on-the-ground Field Marketing Specialist to drive our offline customer acquisition through face-to-face engagement, strategic partnerships, and local activations. You'll build/manage field teams, execute high-impact promotions, and develop affiliate networks to grow our presence where it matters most - in communities.

Core Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing Execution

  • Plan & execute hyper-local marketing campaigns (mall pop-ups, street teams, community events).
  • Lead on-the-ground brand activations including demos, sampling, and lead generation.
  • Train/manage brand ambassadors and promo staff for optimal customer engagement.
  • Scout and secure premium locations for maximum foot traffic and conversions.

2. Cross-Industry Partnerships

  • Develop win-win partnerships with local businesses for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate space-sharing agreements (e.g., promo booths in partner stores).
  • Create joint value propositions (bundled offers, cross-promotions).

3. Team Leadership & Field Operations

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing field promotion team.
  • Set clear KPIs, provide coaching, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling, promotional materials, and permits.
  • Organize affiliate meetups to strengthen network engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Field marketing experience
  • Proven ability to build/train high-energy field teams
  • Natural networker who thrives on face-to-face interactions
  • Logistics mastery - can coordinate 5+ simultaneous field activations
  • Ability for frequent travel and all-day events
  • Excellent teamwork ability, cooperate with different teams to promote business cooperation, and be able to efficiently complete business negotiations independently
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Have valid driver's license and reliable vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
