Job Description

   

Field Marketing reporting to the Marketing Director in Latin America. This role will be a key member of the Latin America Marketing team. It will contribute to the execution of the strategic marketing plan to ensure marketing contribution to Mexico pipeline goals are met.  This will include campaign level responsibility for demand generation using a broad range of online and offline programs and ensuring the conversion of inquiries to qualified leads. 

The role will work focused on Mexico territory, account executives and partner executives; Latin America Director and corporate marketing specialists; product marketing; and, other team members in a fast paced and rapidly growing market.  

The workload will include executing on a variety of campaigns that could include customer and/or partner events; digital marketing (email campaigns and social marketing in partnership with the region manager and global demand management team); advertising, promotions, and other marketing activities. The goal of each member of this team is to increase sales, profits, market-share, and customer engagement for the Mexico region. This contributor will consistently monitor campaigns/events and analyze results and drive recommendations for future activities.


Focus Areas :

  • Execute against Mexico Sales and Partner marketing plan that aligns sales goals and includes agreed and measurable targets and objectives

  • Manage the successful delivery of marketing programs and activities as part of the plan that leverages the full marketing mix including digital; off-line; a variety of events approaches and has the ability to innovate routinely.

  • Execution of go-to-market programs and campaigns for assigned sales teams in Mexico region

  • Execute demand generation and expansion efforts through targeted communications based on functional, buyer and influencer personas

  • Channel and alliances partner marketing 

  • Assist events team on key activities

  

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Spanish native speakers, English fluency and Portuguese is a plus. 

  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing 

  • Experience in field/partner marketing and demand creation (online as well as offline) 

  • Integrated marketing program planning & execution experience

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales persons

  • Experience with sales & marketing automation systems

  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

  • Excellent time management and organization skills required.

  • Self-starter with ability to hit deadlines and work independently while working on competing priorities
