Stibo Systems is seeking a Field Marketing Manager with experience developing and executing marketing campaigns to join our Latin America Field Marketing team.

The Role

As Field Marketing Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting and executing various demand generation tactics, including but not limited to digital campaigns, content syndication programs, virtual and in-person events, and ABM efforts.

Other responsibilities:

  • Drive regional marketing campaigns, in sync with Global Campaigns to generate awareness and leads
  • Use and optimize marketing content to build strong nurture programs for our targeted audience
  • Coordinate event with 3rd-party vendors and partners (i.e., virtual seminars, fireside chats, networking events)
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns, activities and assess against goals
  • Execute and monitor ABM tactics for the region in close collaboration with our sales teams

The Marketing Team

This role will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, sales and other departments in its effort to attract new leads and engage with both prospects and existing customers. Our Field Marketing team is comprised of 45+ people globally, from the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

The objective for the team is to enhance Stibo Systems awareness in the region and drive lead generation through highly targeted integrated marketing campaigns.

The Expectations

Our ideal candidate is highly creative yet has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. You understand modern marketing tools, demand generation and content creation processes. You possess a strong work ethic and can work both independently and as part of a larger team.

The Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software space
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Experience owning and executing integrated, multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) and Salesforce
