We seek a Field Marketing Manager based in Noida, India, to join our Academic and Government field marketing team. This is an amazing opportunity to drive the development of regional marketing programs in the South APAC region for one of the world’s most trusted providers of analytics and insights. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing for South APAC.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 4-5 years’ B2B marketing experience, with three years of direct experience in campaign and event management
- Strategic, creative, collaborative and clearly communicate how plans will deliver on company strategic marketing goals.
- Superior project management and organization skills, with the ability to execute multiple, complex campaigns/events while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to strict campaign timelines.
- At least 3 years of experience with marketing automation systems (e.g. Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo)
- MBA with majors in Marketing from a Tier-1/2 B-School
It would be great if you also had...
- Experience with Eloqua, Facebook and LinkedIn paid advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Good understanding of Excel and relational databases.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, and design software a bonus (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, launch and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to the Clarivate A&G business strategy and localized for the region
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from sales, product marketing, and demand marketing to ensure plans are aligned with regional needs
- Work closely with regional sales teams to manage lead conversion and drive campaign attribution of opportunities
- Manage development and execution of Account-Based Marketing programs
- Report on the effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs
- Build and monitor campaigns using the marketing automation platforms
- Generate buy-in and support for marketing programs from local sales team lead and key Stakeholders
- Manage the regional field marketing budget
- Manage Clarivate-hosted and sponsored events to drive the sales pipeline.

Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week, full-time employment, Hybrid (3-4 days per week in the office)
