TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10% Willingness to travel as needed to support field marketing activities.
BASE PAY RATE: USD $56,000-$79,000
The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
We are looking for a driven Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the primary point of contact for approximately 150 independent sales representatives, you will play a crucial role in supporting their efforts to drive brand awareness and sales across the United States and Canada. Reporting directly to the Sr. Product Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with our overall business goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- ISP Connection: Acts as the main liaison between the marketing team and independent sales representatives, you’ll provide the tools, resources, and guidance they need to effectively market our products.
- Develops Field Marketing Strategies: Collaborates with the Sr. Product Manager to create targeted marketing campaigns tailored to different regions and demographics, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Implements Marketing Programs: Coordinates and oversees the execution of regional marketing programs, including events, promotions, and product launches, to maximize brand visibility and sales impact.
- Training and Development: Organizes training sessions and workshops for sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and marketing skills.
- Monitors and Reports: Tracks the performance of field marketing initiatives, analyzing data to measure effectiveness and reporting results to the Sr. Product Manager and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Works with the Sr. Product Manager on managing the field marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
- Collaborates with Cross-Functional Teams: Works closely with other departments, including, Sales, Operations, IT and Finance to ensure consistent messaging and support for sales representatives.
- Market Intelligence: Gathers insights and feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in a lean, fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 1-2 years in field marketing, sales, or a related role.
- Experience working with independent sales
