Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager responsible for executing campaigns and field events targeting the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) industry, with a focus on promoting our supply chain management SaaS software. In this role, you will plan, develop, execute, and evaluate high-impact integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue growth. 

Scope:

The successful candidate will have experience creating impactful campaign and event strategies, an understanding of target markets and customers, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and channel strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, and field marketing, to plan and execute globally defined industry-specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

What you will do:

Strategic Planning and Collaboration: 

  • Translate global strategy and regional sales goals into an effective, fully integrated strategic marketing plan, considering sub-industry specifics, local language, industry events, Blue Yonder-hosted events, association memberships, and other regional engagement strategies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global campaigns, sales, business development, and creative, to develop and launch plans that differentiate Blue Yonder in key industries, segments, and regions. 
  • Partner with sales, business development, and industry leadership to address regional needs, strategy, focus, approach, and expected results from marketing efforts. 

Market Analysis and Adaptation: 

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions and develop campaign execution strategies. 
  • Adapt campaign and event strategies to regional market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances. 

Demand Generation and Channel Management: 

  • Drive demand generation programs powered by 6sense to orchestrate buyer intent, expanding the footprint with existing enterprise customers and breaking into new territories and acquiring new logos. 
  • Determine the appropriate channel mix for each integrated campaign, including content marketing, webinars, direct mail, organic and paid social media, email drips/nurtures, events, and other relevant media channels. 

Event Management: 

  • Manage event planning and execution, from identifying the right events to overseeing their successful implementation. 
  • Identify associations, industry influencers, and other third parties that influence in-market opportunities, driving success through thoughtful annual programs. 

Budget and Performance Management: 

  • Manage the campaign budget, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of tactics. 
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns and deliver significant ROI to meet pipeline and bookings targets. 

Reporting and Communication: 

  • Provide data, insights, and support for strategic campaigns and events to drive net new pipeline. 
  • Maintain consistent reporting cadence to communicate key messaging, plans, and results to stakeholders and peers. 

 

What we are looking for:  

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign strategy and digital marketing experience  
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus  
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, managing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue 
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs 
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills 
  • Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs 
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs  
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution  
  • Excellent project management skills  
  • Some travel is required

The salary range for this position is $91,112.00 to $114,888.00 US

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
