We're seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to grow and drive demand, with a primary focus on the US region. In this role, you will create and manage B2B field marketing and account based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive high-quality leads for our US commercial team. You’ll work with our other Field Marketing Manager - US to plan and execute these campaigns while working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and customer success to reach the right audience at the right time. Some exciting projects you will work on is our global event series Synthesia Live and our NA tradeshows ATD and DevLearn. We want someone with a strong sense of ownership who expects to be hands-on from start to finish.

The role:

  • Develop integrated field and ABM programs, mapping audience-centric themes to target audiences throughout the buying cycle to achieve pipeline creation and revenue goals for specific customer segments.
  • Work closely with our sales and customer success team and forge strong communication and processes between teams.
  • Execute regional field marketing campaigns including, but not limited to trade shows, owned events, user conferences, webinars, and other lead generation activities.
  • Plan and execute an ABM marketing strategy with other marketing team members working cross functionally.
  • Continuously measure, manage and appropriately adjust campaign effectiveness: lead generation performance; lead conversion ratios; sales cycle conversions.
  • Expand and adapt that strategy based on learnings and analysis of sales and marketing data—both internally collected and available industry standards.
  • Travel between events you will be organizing and possible to travel to our London office. It's essential that you're open and willing to travel as and when required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of HubSpot/SFDC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Deep understanding of ABM and ABM tactics.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and creative skills BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, PR or business.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing including specific experience with multi-touch campaigns, ABM campaign, events, demand generation, and multi-channel.
  • Experience working closely with all business/sales development reps and sales teams to solicit feedback and ensure quality of leads.
  • Deep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity—both internally and externally.
  • Experience in the software industry sector, highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content and campaigns that exceed target goals.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
