The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing mid-to-bottom-of-funnel strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue. Primary focus on the UK & Ireland (80%) and Eastern Europe, Benelux, and Nordics (20%), leveraging partner marketing to engage enterprise and mid-market prospects. Key priorities include acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with existing clients, and supporting retention efforts. This is an individual contributor role without team leadership responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
- Collaborate with other areas and departments, such as lead management, event management, product and customer service, to create cohesive lead generation efforts
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
- Create and manage field marketing budgets and forecasts and report ROI per Campaign on regular basis
- Measure and report on the success of bottom of funnel demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
- Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process jointly with lead generation management and SDR & sales.
- Review leads, Opportunities funnel and revenue weekly; let the SDR explain the working leads, Nurture, Call out per day, Ops generated and Ops age and conversion and calculate and trendline – and shar this forecast with sales jointly with SDR leadership
- Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
- Work hand in hand with Event management to ensure we attend at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Job Requirements:
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships. Representatives must cultivate connections with clients, stakeholders, and the community. Networking skills are instrumental in expanding the reach of marketing campaigns and fostering long-term partnerships with customer, partner and stakeholders.

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B Enterprise Field Marketing in IT / SaaS in UKI market.
- ARR experience & Nordics and Benelux Market experience is a plus
- Strong in campaign orchestration, message optimization, buying persona, ICP
- Experiences in Process Mining and or Intelligent Document Processing is a plus
- Experience in evolving multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns based on performance data, feedback from product marketing, sales, and understanding of the customer and prospects pains
- Proficient in marketing automation (HubSpot or Eloqua) and sales automation/CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce) reporting and campaign features.
- Experience in MEDDIC and Demand Waterfall. Very experienced in optimization of conversion rates (IQL, MQL, SAO, SQO to Win Rates)
- Experienced in tactical marketing planning and execution with and without partners involved
- Hands On Person. Experienced team worker & experienced working in an international team. Able to work within US-time zone is a plus
- In EMEA, the Field Marketing will closely work with EMEA Event Management & EMEA Lead Management (Top-& Mid of Funnel & Cross-EMEA Campaign Management)
- (British) English Native speaker is a must. German or French is a plus
- Self-motivated, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues and take ownership of tools and processes with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to visit the office of ABBYY min. 1x / week. Ability to travel if needed
- Diploma or degree from a university or technical college in marketing or equivalent experience
