We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will report to the Country Manager of Japan/Korea to drive regional marketing initiatives in the APJ region. You will plan, execute, and optimize integrated programs—including local events, community outreach, and product-led marketing activities—that create a meaningful pipeline for our Sales teams. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Operations to elevate W&B’s brand and deepen our engagement with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events in Japan and Korea, such as monthly gatherings, academic sessions, and executive roundtables, managing logistics, vendor relations, and branding
  • Develop localized marketing assets (blog articles, whitepapers, webinars, videos) by working with global teams and ensuring content resonates with regional audiences
  • Track and qualify leads using CRM and marketing automation tools, partnering with Sales to drive seamless follow-ups from MQL to SQL
  • Maintain and optimize website content for regional SEO, including translations from English
  • Coordinate paid promotion campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead conversion
  • Analyze and report on marketing efforts to the global team, including event ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage marketing budgets for Japan and Korea, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a program or event marketing role at a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Demonstrated success with enterprise demand generation and revenue-focused marketing strategies
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders (VP-level, CxO, Managing Director) at public and private companies, venture firms, and key prospects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, with business-level proficiency in English. Korean language is a big plus
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or software development is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo (or equivalent platforms)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, adapt quickly to change, and solve complex problems in collaboration with cross-functional teams
