As a Field Marketing Manager, Partners at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. You will report to the Sr. Group Manager, AMER Programs. You will work with your key stakeholders across the partner organization and field marketing team to drive demand with and through partners for the AMER Field Marketing team.
The impact you will have:
- In partnership with key stakeholders on the partner marketing team, develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for our key cloud, ISV and SI partners in alignment with field marketing team goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to create and execute scalable marketing programs that drive demand and customer adoption of our joint solutions.
- Drive new logo and expansion pipeline creation and acceleration through Databricks, partner and 3rd party-led tactics.
- Consistent best practice sharing and upleveling of programs to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Develop and communicate a regular set of program metrics to key stakeholders.
- Work hand in hand with the Strategic Events and the Partner Marketing teams on our partner participation at large strategic events as well as Databrick's presence at large strategic partner events.
- Build relationships with peers in the partner community.
- On-budget execution of programs with timely and accurate reconciliation with Finance stakeholders.
What we look for:
- A driven and entrepreneurial personality with 3-5 years of experience in developing demand and/or integrated partner marketing campaigns within high-tech B2B.
- Previous support of field sales, partner organizations and building solid external partner relationships and has excellent communication skills across all levels and groups.
- Proven ability to develop strategic joint marketing plans with strong project management and collaboration across teams to drive clear accountability and predictable results.
- Track record of implementing effective and creative marketing campaigns that generate new leads, opportunities and accelerate pipeline all the while managing spend and aligning to budgets.
- Experience in tracking ROI for individual marketing programs and critical data analysis to consistently improve and create optimal initiatives.
- Must be highly effective in reporting results and trends to sales and marketing leaders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver world-class campaigns and marketing plans on schedule.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $108,200—$165,900 USD
