Field Marketing Manager DACH - Enterprise Accounts (m/f/x)
As our Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact field marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and engage key decision-makers such as CFOs, Investment Directors, Portfolio Managers, and Sustainability Heads across our target accounts.
You’ll work closely with the sales and demand generation to build localized marketing programs that create meaningful touchpoints with enterprise buyers.
Your Mission:
- Own the DACH field marketing strategy:
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns focused on enterprise accounts (€2B+ AUM) in institutional investing, real estate funds, and asset managers, developers.
- Align field marketing programs with the sales team to support pipeline acceleration and expansion in the DACH region. - Execute high-impact events & activations:
- Plan and manage high-value industry events, roundtables, executive dinners, and roadshows to engage decision-makers.
- Drive Alasco’s presence at key conferences (e.g., EXPO REAL, mipim) and strategic sponsorships.
- Partner with associations, advisory firms, and capital market influencers to maximize reach. - Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & sales enablement:
- Collaborate with demand generation to deliver personalized campaigns to target accounts.
- Develop localized content, including case studies, whitepapers, and playbooks for enterprise buyers.
- Enable the sales team with customized event follow-up strategies to increase conversion rates. - Data-driven optimization & reporting:
- Track and measure ROI from field marketing efforts, optimizing for lead quality and pipeline impact.
- Provide insights into buyer behavior, competitive positioning, and market trends in the DACH region.
Who you are:
- Experience in B2B Enterprise Field Marketing: You have 3-5+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or ABM, ideally in B2B SaaS - PropTech, or FinTech.
- Proven Track Record of Driving Pipeline: You’ve successfully executed enterprise-focused events, ABM campaigns, and partner activations that directly impact sales revenue.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You can craft big-picture market strategies but also execute events, campaigns, and activations with precision.
Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: You thrive in a sales-driven environment, working closely with BDRs, AEs, and marketing teams to align marketing and revenue goals. - Experience in Content Management: You are in a position to translate the company strategy and marketing strategy into themes and topics for events that align with our goals.
- Fluent in German & English: You can communicate with C-level executives and industry partners in both languages.
- Nice to have: Experience in the DACH Real Estate & Capital Markets Landscape - You understand the institutional investment ecosystem, including asset managers, RE funds, and capital market stakeholders.
