It’s an exciting time to join Ogury! As the Field Marketing Manager in the CE region, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with both local and global teams.

The core focus of the role will be to craft and implement high-impact marketing activations that transcend industry norms, while working on elevating standards and driving innovation in every facet of our marketing efforts - that will not only grab attention, but also leave a lasting impression.

This role will report into our Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, based in Milan- Italy. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Cologne office.
What you will be doing:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the German and Eastern European markets, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Create and execute a strategic vision for field marketing that aligns with the global marketing objectives
- Collaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, communications and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Drive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistency
- Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the German and Eastern European markets
- Implement brand-building initiatives across the CEE region with a strong focus on Germany, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences.
- Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure
- Utilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact
- Scale the brand by building clear storytelling, following a consistent and compelling narrative
- Lead content development efforts for the region, creating engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
About you:
- Prior marketing experience, ideally with a focus on field marketing, events and/or within the ad tech/SAAS industries
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in the CEE markets
- Strong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Autonomous and able to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to execution
- Excellent understanding of market nuances, particularly in the German and Eastern European regions
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
- Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance
- Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; additional Eastern European languages are a plus
