About the Role:
The Corporate Field Marketing team supports the world-class, fast-growing Corporate and SMB business segment within North America. As the Field Marketing Manager, Corporate, you will drive the planning, organization and execution of marketing campaigns and programs, including targeted virtual and in-person activities that span the AMER theater. The role will collaborate closely across the Marketing organization and with Field and Channel sales teams to create and deliver marketing plans that deliver maximum impact through tailored activities to generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, accelerate existing pipeline, and increase brand awareness.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience building and developing programs, executing demand generation activities, collaborating with sales and partners, and delivering strong pipeline results. The individual must have strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, an in-depth understanding of the marketing mix, a solid understanding of lead management processes, and experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive the business.

You should be proactive, self-driven, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute quarterly and annual go-to-market plans for Corporate and SMB teams to drive net-new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and lead conversion goals.

  • Plan and manage marketing programs from concept to post-event follow-up, including venue sourcing, campaign creation, list development, event execution, and data uploads.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, brand, and sales teams to align and deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

  • Maintain and communicate the regional marketing calendar and updates via newsletters to ensure sales alignment and awareness.

  • Track and report program performance using tools like Tableau and Salesforce, analyzing results to optimize future efforts.

  • Implement and manage marketing activities such as virtual events, roadshows, ABM campaigns, and lead generation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

  • Pilot new marketing strategies to enhance pipeline growth, improve efficiency, and meet evolving business needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or integrated marketing campaigns within a high-tech B2B environment, with a proven ability to drive leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with live and digital marketing activities, including trade shows, virtual events, ABM, and email nurture campaigns.

  • Ability to track ROI, analyze marketing metrics, and report insights to sales and marketing stakeholders using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.

  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally and partnering with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and scale in a growing organization while recommending innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with supporting field and/or inside sales organizations; IT or cybersecurity industry experience preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in high-tech marketing to mid-market and/or SMB entities.

  • Familiarity with managing third-party providers, including conferences, demand generation vendors, and agencies.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

  • Commitment to professionalism, curiosity for data, and enthusiasm for analyzing results and trends.

  • Experience supporting field or inside sales and partner organizations within the cybersecurity industry.
