Passionate about Product feedback and the voice of our Enterprise clients? We are seeking a dynamic and creative Field Insight manager to join our team
As a Field Insights Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving a continuous feedback loop between our product teams and client-facing teams, designing and building scalable processes that ensure efficient collection and utilization of valuable field insights. You’ll take the lead in managing projects that capture and act on critical product feedback, ensuring that everything is executed on time and aligned with our strategic goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams— from product development to Sales and Customer Success—helping to manage and optimize the feedback loop across the organization.
About The Role:
- Process Design: Design and build scalable processes to support a continuous feedback loop between the builders and client-facing teams, ensuring efficient collection and utilization of field insights.
- Project management: Lead and coordinate projects that gather and act on field product insights, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Sales, and customer success, to manage the touch engine feedback loop.
- Feedback Collection: Design and implement surveys, interviews, roundtables, and focus groups to capture product insights and experiences from CRO customers and customer-facing teams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop and present reports and dashboards summarizing customer feedback and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Senior manager with a track record of successfully leading cross-collaborative projects
- 3+ years of experience in project management, account management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in customer feedback tools and CRM systems.
