The Role

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Field Insights Manager.

As a Field Insights Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving a continuous feedback loop between our product teams and client-facing teams, designing and building scalable processes that ensure efficient collection and utilization of valuable insights. You’ll manage projects that capture and act on critical feedback from the field, ensuring everything is delivered on time and aligned with our strategic goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams— from product management to sales, customer success, solution engineering and professional services to help manage and optimize the feedback loop across the organization.


About The Role:

  • Process Design: design and build scalable processes to support a continuous feedback loop between product management and client-facing teams
  • Project management: lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that gather and act on product-related field insights, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: ensure ongoing alignment between product development and customer-facing functions (such as sales and customer success)
  • Feedback Collection: design and implement surveys, interviews, roundtables, focus groups and additional methodologies to capture product insights and experiences from monday.com customers and customer-facing teams.
  • Data Analysis: analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: develop and present reports and dashboards, summarizing customer feedback and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Our Team:

The Field Insights team is dedicated to establishing a comprehensive and effective feedback loop between monday.com’s client-facing teams (such as sales, customer success and support), and the product team. We are implementing structured Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Field (VoF) processes to systematically collect and analyze feedback, providing valuable insights to inform decision making, as well as product roadmap planning and prioritization. The Field Insights team also acts as a strategic liaison between product managers and client-facing teams, surfacing potential gaps between customer needs and product capabilities, and ensuring that both sides of our house are aligned in delivering the best value to our customers

Requirements

  • Excellent English
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, CS operations, product operations, or related roles.
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-org collaborative projects in SaaS companies.
  • A highly independent way of work, yet a great team player!
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies - advantage.
