As Field Force Operations Analyst you will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance productivity, refine processes and amplify the effectiveness of our field force. This role involves supporting the sales function to have access to the right data to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales activation strategies with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Force teams, addressing their needs, concerns, and providing support to enhance their performance. Helping them to interface with other functional areas, if and where needed.

Implement and maintain relevant customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Conduct data analysis on SFE KPIs, to support commercial leaders to have visibility to act based on data insights.

Assist the Head Commercial Excellence/ Business Operations in documenting and monitoring the sales processes as well as establishing best practices concerning sales processes and methodologies.

Prepare, review and modify Commercial Excellence related process documentation, as required by company objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness within Field Force operations.

Collaborate with Regional FFO colleagues to support local adoption of harmonized processes including, but not limited to: harmonized KPI definitions for SFE and Market Shares, leveraging harmonized segmentation and targeting approach for customer engagements, providing local business context for projects involving field design, resource allocations etc., contributing to Regional initiatives and projects to drive a higher impact.
What you will bring to the role:

University degree in Economics, Management or other relevant field.

Fluent in Slovene and English.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, desired from sales force effectiveness or other related field.
