We’re looking for a driven and experienced Field & Channel Marketing Specialist to look after the Nordics Region and to join our Northern & Western Europe team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing initiatives, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to SOTI’s growth in the Nordics.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who can work independently with a proactive mindset while seeking guidance and alignment with the Senior Marketing Manager. You’ll oversee marketing campaigns, events, and channel engagement activities across the Nordic region, leveraging your expertise to enhance SOTI’s visibility and market position.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Programs:

  • Plan and execute marketing activities targeting customers, prospects, and resellers.
  • Develop and manage regional OEM marketing programs and events.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to deliver localized webinar content and schedules.
  • Track and report ROI-focused metrics for marketing initiatives.
  • Draft compelling email marketing content to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement regional lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Create, review, and deploy localized marketing content and sales enablement materials.
  • Translate marketing content, reports, and social media materials between English and Swedish to ensure localization and relevance.

Event Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage regional trade shows, events, and webinars.
  • Represent SOTI at events to ensure strong brand presence.
  • Oversee the logistics of booth assets for regional events, including setup and teardown.
  • Maintain the SOTI website and/or regional microsites with accurate event information.

Public Relations:

  • Support regional PR initiatives and build relationships with media outlets.
  • Assist with the development and management of case study referral programs.

Channel Marketing:

  • Work closely with the sales team to design and execute measurable programs for reseller recruitment and engagement.
  • Support co-marketing activities with existing resellers to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with resellers and the sales team on local events such as trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and workshops.
  • Assist in rolling out channel sales training programs.
  • Coordinate regional channel communications and ensure timely updates.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in planning and managing the regional marketing budget, including accruals and expenditure tracking.
  • Create and manage POs in alignment with budget approvals and processes.
  • Measure the performance of marketing activities with detailed monthly and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

  • Native Swedish and fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Norwegian, or Finnish) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of operational marketing experience (direct or with channel), including integrated campaign and event management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to create and execute project plans successfully.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use marketing tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce and ClickUp.
  • A valid driver’s license and availability to travel nationally and internationally.
