Role Overview:

The Field Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving enablement, awareness building, and lead generation programs to and through partners within the APAC and EMEA regions. The marketing manager will engage with key regional channel partners as well as leverage the power of three, where strategic, to work with systems integrators, MSPs, and Distributors. We are looking for an individual who will not only drive successful marketing activities with our partners but also provide input to the global team to shape our partner programs. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in field marketing and working with ABM programs.

Role Overview:

 The Field Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving enablement, awareness building, and lead generation programs to and through partners within the APAC and EMEA regions. The marketing manager will engage with key regional channel partners as well as leverage the power of three, where strategic, to work with systems integrators, MSPs, and  Distributors. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in field marketing and working with ABM programs.

 
 

Key job responsibilities

  • Enablement - Initial focus on engaging and energizing focus partners on Skyhigh Security’s key sales plays and the business opportunity. Leverage global marketing resources and vehicles to continuously inform and increase engagement with key partners. 

  • Through Partner Campaigns & strategy - Customize and deliver global campaigns for strategic partners to leverage that are aligned to the EMEA and APAC sales GTM strategy.

  • ABM campaigns - Contribute to ABM partner marketing strategy for the EMEA and APAC regions 

  • Event Execution and Management: Plan and execute key regional events. Influence event registration and attendance goals and determine the post-event lead follow-up and nurture.

  • Support lead nurture and lead flow – Contribute to partner and sales visibility into upcoming lead queues and leverage enablement materials for post-event and campaign follow-up by partners and sellers.

  • Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Develop a regional field marketing strategy and prioritize investments with key strategic partners based on expected return on investment(ROI). 

  • Stakeholder management - Collaborate and maintain relationships with regional sales & channel leaders as well as with peers.

  • Content curation - Collaborate with partners to identify assets and creative for campaign promotion, and co-branding opportunities. Manage the customization or development of communications and collateral including sales invitations, emails, brochures, presentations, signage, etc

  • ROI Reporting and optimization – Track data with partners to improve campaign performance and keep sales and marketing stakeholders informed. Measure and communicate the impact of partner marketing activities in EMEA and APAC by examining lead generation, conversion rates, customer growth, retention, and financial outcomes.

  • Budget management – Keep track of marketing development fund spend for strategic partners, ensuring funds are utilized as planned and in compliance with all policies.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in partner marketing or alliance marketing, managing strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering strong, high-level relationships with partners.

  • Understanding of regional campaign management and measurement, with the ability to measure, report on, and improve program performance.

  • Outstanding skills in project management and prioritization, managing a diverse set of marketing tactics (including executive events and briefings) in-field and remote

  • Self-driven with a bias towards action and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
