Job Description:
The Role:

Mainly responsible for ME products application / promotion in Taiwan. Included products promotion, products training for customers, field issue investigation and other related technical support.

Support sales group and follow BU strategy during product promotion.
-
Cooperate with FSE in field problem solving.
In this role you will:
-
Present ME products to customer and exhibit the advantage of our products during nomination.
-
Be familiar with the application of ME products in Semiconductor field.
-
Can work with BU and team for ME products trouble shooting and investigation.
-
Provide products training to internal or customer.
-
Collect onsite customer needs and feedback timely and report to BU. Watch competitor status. Support account team keep and increase market share, defend the penetration from competitors.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Semiconductor background and experience. Familiar with Semiconductor manufacturing process.

Knowledge of wafer transfer process.

master’s degree or above in mechanical, electrical, chemical, engineering or equivalent.

Excellent English skills with both oral and written. Able to communicate effectively through conversation, oral presentations, and written reports.

Quick learning skill, team player with strong troubleshooting skill.
