Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an F&I Associate to support our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations in Valencia, Spain. This role will be responsible for assisting financial transactions, reviewing payment processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance, contributing to the seamless execution of financial and insurance-related activities across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing financial transactions, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with Flywire's internal controls.
• Perform payment matching, reconciliation, and issue resolution to maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ensure that all transactions adhere to local and international financial regulations, identifying and addressing compliance risks.
• Work closely with internal teams, external clients, and financial partners to support seamless payment flows.
• Assist in managing Flywire's insurance-related processes, ensuring that financial and risk management policies are effectively executed.
• Generate reports and analyze key financial trends to identify discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Continuously assess and enhance financial workflows to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused professional with a strong background in finance, payments, or financial operations.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least one to three years of experience in financial operations, banking, fintech, or insurance-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in Spain and Europe.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or payment processing tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
