Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Processing indirect loan requests
- Review new loan documents presented by dealerships, verify the accuracy of the loan documents, gather proper documentation and ensure document compliance with state regulations and company policy.
- Notify the dealership or the customer of any discrepancies and will follow-up until any issues are resolved.
- Monitor reports include funding, delinquency, and dealer rebates.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and financial lending institutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service towards all customers, partners, and staff.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Previous loan processing experience highly desired
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception
