Job Overview
The FFL Processor is responsible for performing administrative-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the FFL Processing Supervisor / FFL Processing Manager. This positions predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: processing FFL orders, communicates with customers, FFL holders and internal company departments.
This is a full-time position with daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.

Responsibilities and Duties

This person will communicate with customers to perform the following:
• Process FFL orders efficiently and without error(s)
• Communicate and coordinate with customers and Federal Firearms License holders via phone and email
• Monitors communications with Customer Service and FFL Operations
• Ensure orders are compliant with federal firearm laws and state regulations
• Prepares orders for order fulfillment
• Provide Support to FFL Operations
• Takes direction from FFL Processing Supervisor/ FFL Processing Manager
• Perform other related duties, as needed, within the Primary Arms team
