The Role

As a Feed Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and accuracy of the sports feed data provided to our customers by detecting, flagging, and assessing possible mistakes. Furthermore, you will be compiling data analysis, taking corrective actions, and providing detailed feedback to relevant stakeholders inside and outside Genius Sports.The position offers an exciting opportunity to learn a complete sports portfolio. Additionally, considering the central position of our team within the company, you will be able to have direct interaction with multiple departments, increasing your understanding of the sports betting industry and enabling the knowledge gained through these interactions to enhance your growth inside Genius Sports.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing daily assistance to multiple stakeholders with a great level of support. With the aim of delivering excellent service, you will have to achieve a low response time and provide accurate statements to the internal parties and customer's inquiries.
• You should be prepared to provide efficient and accurate feedback to the different requests received daily. Perform the needed follow-up and assess negative patterns when needed assuring the highest feed quality possible.
• Monitoring the accuracy of our sports feed data, overseeing the general quality of the product offered throughout our main projects such as the daily tasks, match reports checks, TV coverage rechecks, testing processes, and high-priority competitions.
• You will have to work closely with the Genius Sports statistician network by reviewing their performance during the daily coverages offered and providing relevant feedback when a mistake is committed.
• The Feed Assurance team is responsible for evaluating the capabilities and knowledge level of new applicants for the statistician position. Furthermore, you will have to participate in their testing process providing detailed feedback on their performance and deciding if they are ready or not for live content.   
• To actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, 1-on-1 catch-ups, and workshops. The team is always open to suggestions for new approaches/implementations for ongoing projects. Additionally, feedback on the rechecking tools used by the team to assess any difficulties noticed or possible improvements aiming to increase our efficiency will be one of your responsibilities.
• Continuously update your knowledge aligning the work to the new challenges and team necessities. Flexibility and adaptability are a must for our team.
