Keywords is excitedly looking for a Lab Lead to join the Future Customer Experience (FCE) R&D Lab team with current and future product development testing and configuration for a consumer electronics company in the Fort Collins, CO area.
Pay rate: $18.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Lab — involves moving systems, system configuration, wiring, network maintenance and system setup as needed
- Perform testing on videoconferencing solutions and other projects for Future Customer Experiences group
- Maintain Results repository
- Execute and perform IPC-A-6x0 evaluation
- Provide test results, reports, web page entries and feedback on product test issues that arise
- Enter all bugs into bug tracking system (Sudden Impact or Jira)
- Maintain and implement automated test setup as formally requested
- Validate System runs after testing
- Maintain test endpoints, update firmware, drivers and software in the HPI selected Database and/or systems
- Run Subsystem qualifications as defined by process
- Maintain System Integration Testing Isolated R&D test network
- Maintain lab cleanliness and maintenance
- Update testing results
- Ensure correct configuration was used
- Ensure the PASS/FAIL result is correct (no Errors)
- First level triage on failures
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word etc..)
- An analytical mind; ability and drive to use available resources to understand, diagnose and solve problems.
- Commitment to the group effort and to honing the quality of a product for the clients' sake.
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and meticulous organization
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across multiple platforms
- Professional and clear written and verbal communication.
- Proven diligent work ethic.
