Job Description:
Main Task and responsibilities will be related to Development of Armament Systems and Equipment and Armament integration activities in FCAS, mainly in Pillar 1 NGF Fighter, including:

To identify the activities of the entire life cycle (from concept development, to operational deployment and operations, until retirement) that are necessary to develop a system/product and provide the level of confidence which is consistent with regulation and program requirements.

Perform trade-off analysis in order to select the best solution fulfilling the requirements.

Validate architecture.

Lead analysis (e.g. performance).

Define and manage interfaces requirements.

To perform Impact analysis for Armament (current and future) integration in FCAS. Size operational aircraft with regard to systems and armament under Airbus Spain responsibility.

To define checkpoints and reviews with associated maturity expectation aligned with program phases and gates.

To define applicable requirements and implications at system, subsystem, and/or equipment level.

To define Armament Control System / Stores Management System, Weapon Bay and Carriage Systems architecture and components in cooperation with suppliers and partners.

To define engagement fire control and weapon guidance requirements for functional implementation in ground rigs and air platforms

Supplier management.

Preparation and assessment of Safety documentation.

Development of system test benches.

Definition of ground and flight test requirements for NGF demonstrator.
