About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategist to work across some of the world’s and region's most recognizable brands and companies.

Our Strategists create impactful, integrated, and measurable strategic platforms. They’re thought leaders who find the best approach to clearly present data that drives innovation. They uncover cultural insights that surface meaningful opportunities for brands which solve human problems as much as they solve business problems. They create detailed, yet simple presentations that tell stories and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of client work.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Senior Strategist at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Develop compelling strategic proposals and ensure they are produced are of the highest quality and in line with agency standards.
  • Observe and recognize patterns that identify trends and key insights.
  • Craft briefs that unlock creative opportunities and inspire the creative teams.
  • Collaborate with other team members to flawlessly execute client deliverables.
  • Work with data analysts to incorporate customer and campaign analytics.
  • Forecast, report, and optimize data to inform concepts, ideas, and plans.
  • Partner with creative concept teams, copywriters, visual designers and user experience designers to execute strategies for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients while deepening their knowledge of interactive marketing.

  • Feels comfortable managing diverse projects at any one time.
  • Has extensive knowledge of and experience with interactive environments.
  • Has experience with CRM, direct marketing and integrated communications.
  • Has extensive experience crafting creative briefs & collaborating with creative teams.
  • Can lead the design for both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Has worked with specialized research practices in the past, such as ethnography, usability, etc.
  • Understands database and segmentation strategies.
  • Is naturally curious with a growth mindset.
  • Has the ability to be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Has a proactive approach to solving problems and is unafraid to ask questions, present a clear POV and defend your work with data.
  • Has an open and inclusive mindset - curious and open to learn from others with a different set of personal and professional experiences.

You bring

  • Years of planning or strategy experience at an agency and/or working with developing insights, leading cultural trends, and driving big ideas for interactive platforms & campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal)
