Department OverviewThe Artificial Intelligence Services (AIS) group creates solutions by applying our experience in workflow development, system integrations, and infrastructure deployment. Our products leverage cutting edge machine learning capabilities to enable our customers to focus on providing faster responses, safer outcomes, and greater transparency. You will join a talented engineering organization with a track record of delivering meaningful and impactful solutions.
Job Description

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.

Basic Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, working with C# and Python.
• Experience leveraging chatbot technologies and conversational design. e.g. AWS LexBot, GCP Dialogflow, Voiceflow, etc.
• Expert knowledge of software design and best practices for full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodology, security, and audit/monitoring requirements.
• Strong experience developing for containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless infrastructure (e.g. AWS Lambda).
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions and configuration: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate in a multinational environment with teams spanning the globe.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with Machine Learning operations lifecycle. 
• Familiarity working with LLMs (large language models).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
