The Digital Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Expert Digital Campaign Analyst to drive digital acquisition and audience insights. This role is pivotal in transforming the client’s digital acquisition capabilities and marketing approach to enhance the quality and mix of digitally sourced accounts. You will focus on operationalizing new AdTech solutions and ensuring compliance and brand safety.
*Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in New York City, New York.
The Expert Digital Campaign Analyst will leverage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sets to enhance, augment, suppress, and measure audience activities across all paid channels. This role will support the client’s ongoing test and learn strategies and maintain audience addressability and measurability in a cookieless environment. The candidate will develop a framework of consistency and governance for site-tagging and audience taxonomy best practices across media channels, ad servers, measurement solutions, and clean room environments working a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in New York City, New York.
What You Will Do:
- Provide strategic thought leadership to support efficient acquisitions and account growth.
- Drive and operationalize new transformational capabilities, including identity-based measurement solutions and clean rooms.
- Leverage MMM, MTA, journey mapping, audience and other insights to uncover test and learn opportunities for new audience acquisition.
- Manage AdTech ETL-related activities, including site tagging, data connections, audience delivery and data receipt.
- Foster relationships with internal and external teams to understand business needs and assign responsibilities to participants.
- Ensure accurate measurement and a test-and-learn attitude across all paid media efforts.
- Ensure operations adhere to strict compliance and regulatory controls.
What You Will Have:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising operations, either at an agency or advertiser/client.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior lead role managing audiences and media measurement.
- Working knowledge of clean rooms (e.g., Safe Haven, Habu, Ads Data Hub).
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Digital AdTech stack (DSP, Adservers, Data providers, CDPs, Measurement Solutions).
- Bachelor’s/University degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
