The Boeing Company’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in North Charleston, SC.
In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and human resources to develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive our salaried roles within the Boeing South Carolina (BSC) as a part of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Position Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and be the candidate’s central point of contact from application through onboarding

Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and hiring managers

Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

Proactively source candidates and occasionally attend recruiting events in region

Support BSC by representing the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify a qualified pool and negotiate offers

Maintain pipeline of candidates for hard-to-fill or high-volume roles

Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline

Participate in identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the candidate experience and increasing recruiting efficiency

Use metrics and data analysis to develop strategies and efficiencies in the hiring process

Travel to recruiting events in South Carolina and the region as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
3+ years of experience in recruiting (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
-
1+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks, Boolean searches, etc.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
3+ years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment
-
Experience using candidate relationship management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)

Experience with Workday
-
Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates
-
Experience hiring for manufacturing skills

Experience with high-volume recruiting

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
