We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our rapidly growing Business Applications group.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that support and enhance our internal business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

About The Role:

  • Design and develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using SOAP/REST APIs and third-party tools.
  • Work closely with Business Operations and Product, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, staying current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand and document requirements, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance and UX/UI

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating strong project management skills and ability to drive results.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and development best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Communities - advantage
  • Experience working with Sales organizations - advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
