As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, establish project plans, resource allocation, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project execution, including coordinating team activities and resources.
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and resolutions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment across team members and departments.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Lead and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and professional development.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,Computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different scales simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Business and delivery cycle awareness. This should at least include experiences in large or medium corporates.
- Proven experience in supporting negotiations and contracting phase.
- CI/CD software good understanding & able to manage the software development projects effectively.
- Ability to use MS project, cost planning and building timelines.
- Dealing with MS Azure or similar, and ability to extract reports.
- Demonstrate with examples, ownership, teamwork support, stakeholder internal/external management.
- Fluent English language is required.
- Ability to learn technologies with a decent level that enables him to manage these projects.
- Demonstrate project reporting basics and how to enable the project governance team.
- Forecast and manage the required projects’ resources in a timely manner through the project life cycle.
- Has the required risk management skills.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to motivate the project team.
- Change management process awareness.
- Managing teams from different countries and different cultures (onsite/offshore).
- Experience in one or more of these industries (IT, Digital Transformation and Telecommunications).
