Job Description
Summary
Expense Reporting Administrator is primarily responsible for the expense reimbursement process, system data entry and reporting and compliance with Travel and Expense Policies
Position Responsibilities
- Ensures efficient operation, data update and data integrity/reconciliation of the Automated Expense Reporting (AER)
- Conducts training sessions with new employees and others, as needed, on Automated Expense Reporting and Travel Website
- Ensures compliance with the travel & entertainment policy; Monitors corporate credit card reconciliations
- Creates & maintains training videos and manuals as needed
- Updates employee data, chart of account information, workflow routings, validation rules & policy guidelines
- Works with DBT to develop reports to ensure necessary information is captured at reporting periods
- Maintains the P-Card program system
- Performs necessary functions and tests of controls to ensure compliance with Internal Controls over Travel and Expense Reporting
- Works on assignments requiring initiative and effective time management
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of relevant experience (i.e. database/systems administration) is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experienced in an automated Expense Report Program(s) environment
- Demonstrated strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office as well as database systems
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently while prioritizing workload
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers. Is customer-service oriented

- Associates degree or higher
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties

Physical Demands
- Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
- Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

The salary range for this role is:
$26 - $37
