Major Responsibilities:
- Digital IBR FORM III C Submission for Dealer, OEM, Project, and Trading Business.
- Document preparation for Intercompany orders: Creating document templates, numbering, and resolving quality queries.
- IBR Document storage: Storing and retrieving documents in both electronic formats.
- IBR Document review: Reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance, and making revisions as needed.
- IBR Document distribution: Scanning, copying, and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders
- IBR Document confidentiality: Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Document reporting: Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
- Thermax Valve dossier preparation and submission along with Provisional VTR.
- Final Quality Dossier Preparation as per customer project specified formats and translating the requirements and Submission.
- Attend the customer comments in the dossier and resubmit for final approval.
- Obtaining quotes from vendors and arranging Purchase order for special requirements from customers.
- Maintaining admin-related procurements for the CM Team.
Qualification & Experience
- DME 2-3 years experience / Degree 2-3 years experience
