PURPOSE

業務主任的職能是維護既有客戶及開發新商戶（涵蓋中南部地區），提供客戶最適切的產品服務以達成各項績效指標

RESPONSIBILITIES

【客戶維繫】維繫客戶關係​，​協助​處理​客戶需求，​以及​傳達公司​重要訊息
【業務開發】開發潛在客戶及銷售合作夥伴
【市場分析】市場資訊蒐集、分析與實務運用
【合作提案】提案簡報製作，並對客戶做產品說明、報價及​後續​進度追蹤
【溝通協調】了解客戶需求及公司規範​​，進一步與內外部溝通協調，以達成雙方共識

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• 自主管理能力強

• 具抗壓性、危機處理與解決問題能力

• 良好的跨部門溝通及團隊合作能力

• 流利的英文口語表達及書面寫作能力

• 熟悉Microsoft Office (Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 二年以上業務經驗，具行銷背景為佳

• 大學或以上學歷

• 具備汽、機車駕照

加分項目：

• 具備銀行信用卡產品工作經驗

• 具備支付業工作經驗
