Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure the implementation of the overall Market Conduct Compliance (corporate culture, product development, sales compensation, sales process, communication & training and complaint management) are in place.
- Engage with the business units to establish the Market Conduct Compliance and ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and regulations including Regional Compliance Standards.
- Oversee and monitor the risk control of business units on corporate culture, product development, sales compensation, sales process, and complaint management.
- Support and review the Market Conduct Training to the relevant parties, and ensure that staff, agent and broker understand bet practice Market Conduct and conduct the fair treatment for a customer.
- Support the creation of Market Conduct awareness for relevant parties.
- Report significant impact or issue arising from market conduct to the senior management or the relevant committees.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in Compliance or related fields.
- Working experience in insurance industry, banking and consulting firm will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong communication, presentation skills will be an advantage.
- Positive thinking, self-motivated, good attitude and team-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy in MS.Word, Excel, Power Point
