Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Corporate admin services & support
- Includes budgeting & monitoring of expenses for all BUs
- Fixed Assets (FA) inventorising & reconciliation
- BCP & EHS
- Travel management reports
- Staff onboarding (new/transfers/attachments, etc) & staff exits
- Involved in team projects such as coordinating with various departments for office A&A works, renovation for new offices, logistics coordination etc
- Assist in renewal of IAR / PL /PI insurance for corporate offices / IT facilities
- Assist in room / visitor bookings and system generated reports for trending monitoring etc
- Liaising with staff and vendors for printing of letterheads / nametags / office collaterals etc
- Raising PRs / POs and invoice processing
- Assists in store administration
- Backup covers for reception duties and crown-related coordination
- Facilities management coordination
- Mailroom & dispatch services support
- Office security & access card support
- Pantry services & supplies coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level, NTC or relevant disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- Good communication skills.
- A good team player and willingness to learn.
