As an Executive Events Senior Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and executing high-profile events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Senior Group Manager, you’ll help build scalable processes, ensure seamless execution, and help take our executive events to the next level. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key in delivering impactful experiences that align with business goals.

The impact you will have:

  • Successful Event Execution: Oversee many complex event related projects with seamless operations, clear communication, and extreme attention to detail that results in maintaining high standards for our events.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster and sustain trusted partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Efficiency: Leverage event data and feedback to continuously improve processes, boosting efficiency, streamlining operations, and enhancing best practices.
  • Scalable Processes: Establish and maintain structured event planning frameworks that ensure consistent execution, scalable operations, and execution of the highest standards.
  • Exceptional Experiences: Contribute to the creation of high-touch, executive-level experiences that consistently surpass expectations for optimal results.

What we look for:

  • Experience: 3+ years in corporate events, field marketing, or executive event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-profile events.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (complex spreadsheets), Salesforce, and Asana. Knowledge ofSwoogo and RainFocus is a plus.
  • Project Management Excellence: Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Outstanding relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering world-class experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to assess event success using key metrics and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Travel: Some travel may be required for on-site event support, when appropriate.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $87,900$134,800 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$79,100$121,300 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$74,700$114,500 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range

$70,400$107,900 USD
