Job Summary
Responsible for developing an understanding of overall market, competition, and general industry performance, as well as market and consumer trends. Leading a team in the advancement of new business partnerships and/or new product offerings for the company, with a specific focus on data and measurement. The individual will oversee a team focused on contributing to the development of business strategies leveraging partnerships with data and measurement firms to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. This position requires a strong ability to lead high-performing teams, build strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership:


  • Develop and execute data and measurement strategies that align with corporate goals and market opportunities.


  • Serve as a thought leader in strategic planning processes, providing insights on industry trends and competitive landscapes.


  • Present strategic insights and implications (opportunities/threats) to senior leadership through reports and discussions.


  • Team Management & Mentorship:


  • Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams to ensure operational efficiency and innovation.


  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Set clear objectives for team members, track performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback.


  • Partnership Development:


  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in data and measurement verticals to drive business growth.


  • Negotiate complex business agreements and partnerships that align with organizational objectives.


  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to shape best practices.


  • Operational Excellence:


  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.


  • Manage priorities, resources, and budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.


  • Accountable for monitoring and assessing strategic initiatives, industry, and competitive trends, as well as implementation of key products, technology, and experiences for maximum impact and return on investment.


  • Innovation & Agility:


  • Drive initiatives that enhance the use of audience data, measurement accuracy, and profitable revenue for the company.


  • Identify new product/partnership opportunities for growth and innovation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in leadership roles involving strategic planning, team management, data strategy and/or measurement partnerships.


  • Strong track record of developing high-value partnerships leading to revenue growth.


  • Expertise in analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.


  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change in fast-paced environments.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $227,673.99 - $341,510.99
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
