YOUR MISSION
This role will focus primarily on managing Customer Relationship Management duties supporting the PUMA Ecommerce Business. This includes CRM Channel communication executions, channel calendar management, customer data & campaign analysis, and CRM System utilization.
Task 1: Design and execute personalized email marketing campaigns using CRM data to segment customers based on their preferences, behaviors, and purchase history. Track campaign performance through open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Task 2: Regularly analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer interactions and marketing efforts. Provide detailed reports to stakeholders on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Task 3: Utilize CRM tools to segment customers into distinct groups based on demographics, purchase behavior, and interaction history. Tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to meet the specific needs of each segment.
Task 4: Automation campaign execution and management, ensuring that programs are running for customer onboarding and retention.
Task 5: Cross functional collaboration with internal teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with product launches or sales goals.
YOUR TALENT
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant studied
Professional: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Ecommerce CRM Marketing
IT Skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in CRM programs would be a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
