The Executive, Business Development will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Gentari Go by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can manage the entire sales cycle from sourcing potential clients to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and be able to refine product offerings to maximize commercial impact.


Responsibilities

  • Develop an opportunity funnel of potential clients to ensure a steady pipeline of business prospects for Gentari Go’s business solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from sourcing to closing, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Refine product offerings to maximize commercial impact to the business, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience​ in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or electric vehicle sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
