We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Investment Solutions Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Executive Assistant and Admin Support to the Global Investment Solutions Team, you will be part of the Dublin Admin Team, reporting to the Admin Team Leader.  The Admin Team also ensures the office runs smoothly, liaising with Facilities and IT on any issues that may arise. Colleagues rely on us to help with any queries they may have and look upon us as their ‘Helpdesk’.

We will rely on you to:

  • Provide full Executive Assistant support to one of our Global Leaders
  • Provide Outlook diary management and support to senior leaders
  • Provide support on occasion to other members of the team
  • Arrange flights and accommodation on Mercer’s iTravel system
  • Arrange airport parking, taxis, car hire, meeting room bookings, etc as required
  • Onboarding new joiners
  • Provide timely and accurate submission of employee expenses
  • Manage/follow-up on queries relating to expenses
  • Respond to and manage daily queries from Global team
  • General office management, eg IT, facilities, post, couriers, stationery, catering etc
  • Assist with the production and binding of documents, reports and presentations, etc
  • Assist with event management
  • Provide support to other Admin Team members

What you will need to have:

  • Extensive administrative/EA experience within a financial services company ideally.
  • Warm, approachable personality
  • Willing to help and support as required
  • Excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience of working in a busy position, with the ability to prioritise a must
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Reliable with a flexible approach to work, ever changing role, willing to accept changes
  • Experience of working on own initiative
  • Willing to work with and support Admin Team members
