100x Hospitality is a global experiential events and hospitality group that specializes in creating immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for fans and artists alike. They offer VIP programs, curated travel packages, and logistical support for concerts, festivals, and destination events. By collaborating with top-tier artists, 100x Hospitality aims to connect fans more deeply with the music they love, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall experience.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet Executive Assistant to support a dynamic founder and executive who leads multiple departments across the company — think of a blend between a COO and CRO (Chief Revenue Officer).
This isn’t your typical EA role. We’re searching for someone who can be a true thought partner and operational right hand to the CEO. You’ll help clear the path for better decision-making, deeper focus, and more empowered leadership. In this role, you won’t just be supporting —you’ll be collaborating.

Core Responsibilities
Email & Inbox Management (Superhuman being the required platform):
- Prioritize and flag critical items, draft responses, archive/delegate as needed
- Follow up on outstanding items across the organization
- Maintain discretion — this person will have access to highly confidential information
Calendar & Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule internal and external meetings, manage daily briefs
- Proactively guard time, avoid overscheduling, and reschedule as needed
- Provide reminders for both business and personal commitments
Project Management & Team Liaison:
- Work inside Asana to monitor tasks, pull priorities, and close loops
- Liaise with key departments (Revenue, Lodging, Event Ops, Guest Services, Ticketing)
- Gather updates, synthesize into actionable briefs, and provide feedback
Travel Planning & Support:
- Coordinate flights, hotels, itineraries, and calendars while traveling
- Monitor communications and flag important developments during travel
Operational Support:
- Organize notes, documents, meeting recaps, proposals, etc.
- Present information in clear, visual, and digestible formats
- Anticipate needs, reduce decision fatigue, and help drive focus
