A Glimpse into Your New Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners. You'll manage schedules, screen communications, and support various administrative tasks, including report preparation and minute-taking. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- As point of contact among executive/s, employees, and other external partners.
- Manage schedules and maintain updates on the executive’s calendar.
- Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
- Preparation of reports, presentation for meetings and other information requests.
- Take meeting minutes as needed.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage and complete assigned ad-hoc project/task by immediate leader
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Strong background working for an offshore company as an executive assistant is preferred
- Strong attention to details and adaptable to fast-paced industry
- Ability to multitask and organize daily workload by priorities
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Note, Outlook, etc.)
- Self-started and can work independently with minimum supervision
