THE ROLE


Our team is looking for a positive, high-energy, and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Executive Team. The EA will be the primary administrative resource for our CTO, CFO, CMO, CPO, and Chief Merchant, acting as a liaison and ensuring smooth communication between our senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders. We're looking for someone passionate about our mission and excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for members of our C-suite including: managing calendars; collaborating effectively with others to coordinate multiple, cross-company scheduling needs; monitoring and responding to emails and Slacks; organizing travel and agendas
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming requests and concerns addressed to the C-suite team where appropriate, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Serves as a strategic partner to our C-suite, having a pulse on the business, and always coming up with proactive and creative solutions that are best for the entire business
  • Assists the C-suite in creating presentations and coordinating off-site events, leadership meetings, and company-wide meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Based in Los Angeles, with the ability to commute into our Playa Vista HQ
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Curious and excited to grow with Thrive Market

  • Demonstrates responsivity, bias toward action, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High degree of judgment in prioritizing tasks and information
  • Impeccably organized; can manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in parallel with minimal supervision
  • Anticipates problems and proposes creative solutions
  • Able to handle stress and short deadlines; works effectively and maintains a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; adjusts rapidly to unexpected conditions; demonstrates flexibility
  • Shows a sense of responsibility and urgency toward goal accomplishment 
  • Able to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality

JOB INFORMATION

  • Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000/Per Year.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location. 
  • Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
